District Three provides aging and public transit services both directly and through contracts with service providers. District Three Governmental Cooperative is soliciting sealed bids for the following goods and services for Fiscal Year 2021 (beginning October 1, 2020): Hot Senior Meals, Frozen Senior Meals, and Shelf-Stable Meals.
