GUARDIANSHIP CARE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY: Under the immediate supervision of the Guardianship Program Director, he/she shall provide guardianship case management services to eligible clients. He/she will also provide education to the public about guardianship services as well as alternatives to guardianship in the community.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The Guardianship Care Manager shall have received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field or equivalent training and two or more years relevant work experience. Applicants must hold a current driver’s license and have "zero points or + points" driving record. Strong documentation skills required. Applicants should have the ability to work with diverse populations and deal with multiple issues simultaneously. Background check and drug screening required.
