Chore & Residential Repair Services are targeted to persons 60 years of age and older who are frail, have disabilities, or who live in isolated areas, with particular attention to those with greatest economic and social need, low-income minority individuals, and individuals with limited English proficiency.
District Three Governmental Cooperative provides Chore & Residential Repair Services to enable eligible clients to continue to live safely in their home environments. This service does not include non-essential improvements.
A service agreement will be completed between District Three Governmental Cooperative with input from the client/applicant. For persons having an income at poverty level there is no charge. Persons having income over the poverty level pay on a sliding fee scale after deductions are given for medical expenses.
