DISTRICT THREE GOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE is accepting applications for a Temporary Part-Time VICAP Counselor.
JOB SUMMARY: Under the immediate supervision of the VICAP Coordinator, the VICAP Counselor is responsible for information and counseling to Medicare beneficiaries and providing assistance with the application process when applying for Low Income Subsidy and the Medicare Savings Program. The VICAP Counselor is also responsible for some clerical functions such as monthly reporting, typing, and filing in the Central Office.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must hold a current driver's license and have "zero points or + points" driving record. Intermediate computer skill necessary function of the job. Background check and drug screen also required.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the immediate supervision of the In-Home Services Director, the Care Manager shall provide outreach services, information, and assistance to eligible clients. The Care Manager shall also be a contact person for DTGC in the field.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field and have two or more years of relevant work experience. Proficient computer skills are required. He/she must hold a valid Virginia Driver’s License and have "zero points or + points" driving record. Experience in customer service preferred. Working knowledge of computers preferred. Experience working with the aging population preferred. He/she must also pass a drug screen and background check.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the immediate supervision of the Money Management Specialist, the Money Management Assistant is responsible for providing information and services regarding clients, clerical support, and general information about the programs to clients and other interested persons. The Money Management Assistant is expected to draw upon his/her experience to work independently as much as possible.
