HOMEMAKER

JOB SUMMARY: Under the immediate supervision of the Homemaker Coordinator, the homemaker is responsible for housekeeping and homemaking duties for the client to promote a safe and clean-living environment. Duties to include, but not limited to: Light housekeeping, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, cleaning refrigerator, changing linens on bed, laundry, washing dishes and cleaning bathroom.  Services are currently needed in Washington County, VA and the city of Bristol, VA.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience working with the elderly population preferred. Applicant must hold a current driver’s license and have "zero points or + points" driving record.  Must pass a background check and substance abuse testing.

TRANSIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY: Under the immediate supervision of the Transit Area Supervisor, the Transit Operations Specialist will act in a courteous manner at all times and possess a working knowledge of the District Three Transportation manuals. They are responsible for dispatching and/or performing other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. He/she must hold a valid Virginia Driver’s License and have "zero points or + points" driving record.  Must be able to pass Vision and Reaction testing upon hire and annually. Computer experience preferred. Must pass a background check and substance abuse testing.
