TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST

Job Summary: Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Transportation, the Transportation Specialist is responsible for preparation of reports and assisting with the assurance of transit systems’ compliance, as well as assisting with planning, development, and implementation of transportation initiatives and special projects within the Transit Division.

Qualifications: Applicants must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent. Applicants must hold a valid Virginia Driver’s License and have “zero points or + points” driving record. Working knowledge of computers and clerical experience preferred. Ability to pass substance abuse testing and background check required.
