DISTRICT THREE GOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE is accepting applications for Part-Time Transit Drivers.
JOB SUMMARY: Transit Drivers primary duties include transporting public passengers in a safe and courteous manner while also helping riders who need assistance. Work hours vary week to week based on need, but will not exceed 27 hours. Starting Pay Per Hour: $15.00 (non-CDL or CDL with no P Endorsement)/ $16.47 (CDL Class A, B or C with P Endorsement)

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. He/she must hold a valid Virginia Driver’s License and have "zero points or + points" driving record. Experience in customer service preferred. Working knowledge of computers preferred. Ability to pass substance abuse testing and background check required. As an additional requirement for the job, employees must also be able to pass a DOT Physical and other Fitness for Duty tests.
