JOB SUMMARY: Under the immediate supervision of the Guardianship Program Director, he/she shall provide guardianship case management services to eligible clients. He/she will also provide education to the public about guardianship services as well as alternatives to guardianship in the community. The starting pay for this position is $36,900 a year with a work week of 37.5 hours (Full-time with competitive benefits package). JOB QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and have related work experience. Applicants must hold a current driver’s license and have "zero points or + points" driving record. Strong documentation skills required. Applicants should have the ability to work with diverse populations and deal with multiple issues simultaneously. Background screenings and substance abuse testing required.

This is a paid employment training program to assist older workers with obtaining new job skills, refresh old skills and gain work experience in hopes of obtaining unsubsidized employment in the near future. These part-time positions are 20 hours per week and pay is limited to the federal minimum wage ($7.25) per hour.
