DISTRICT THREE GOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE will be accepting applications for Part-Time Transit Drivers (CDL/non-CDL)

JOB SUMMARY: Transit Drivers primary duties include transporting public passengers in a safe and courteous manner while also helping riders who need assistance. The Pay Rate for this position is $10.20 (non-CDL)/ $11.22 (CDL w/ P endorsement). Work hours vary week to week based on need, but will not exceed 27 hours.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. He/she must hold a valid Virginia Driver’s License and have "zero points or + points" driving record. Customer service skills preferred. Certain vehicles require a CDL and Passenger endorsement. CDL training available upon hire. Substance Abuse testing required.

DISTRICT THREE GOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE will be accepting resumes/applications for a Full-time Guardianship Care Manager.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the immediate supervision of the Disability Services Director, he/she shall provide guardianship case management services to eligible clients. He/she will also provide education to the public about guardianship services as well as alternatives to guardianship in the community. The starting pay for this position is $33,000 a year with a work week of 37.5 hours (Full-time with competitive benefits package).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and have related work experience. He/she must hold a current driver’s license and have "zero points or + points" driving record. Strong documentation skills required. Applicants should have the ability to work with diverse populations and deal with multiple issues simultaneously. Substance abuse testing required.
