Passengers travel to Abingdon for shopping, appointments and lunch before returning back to their homes in the early afternoon.

Tuesdays-Serving the communities of Damascus, Taylors Valley, Friendship, Rhea Valley, Wideners Valley, and Route 58 to Abingdon. Route extension to Washington County Department of Social Services and Health Department near Exit 10 should be requested no later than the last previous working day. Route Departs Abingdon at approximately 8 AM to pickup scheduled riders at or near their homes. Passengers travel to Abingdon for shopping, appointments and lunch before returning back to their homes in the early afternoon.

Wednesdays-Serving the communities of Damascus, Taylors Valley, Friendship, Rhea Valley, Wideners Valley, and Route 58 to Damascus including the local senior center. Route extension to Abingdon should be requested no later than the last previous working day.

Wednesdays-Serving the communities of Greater Abingdon area to Abingdon including the local senior center.

Thursdays-Serving the communities of Glade Spring and Emory to Glade Spring including the local senior center. Route extension to Abingdon should be requested no later than the last previous working day.

Thursdays-Serving the communities of Benhams, Mendota, Wallace, Wyndale to Abingdon. Route extension to Washington County Department of Social Services and Health Department near Exit 10 should be requested no later than the last previous working day. Route Departs Abingdon at approximately 8 AM to pick up scheduled riders at or near their homes. Passengers travel to Abingdon for shopping, appointments and lunch before returning back to their homes in the early afternoon.

Fridays-Serving the communities of Route 19, Greendale to Abingdon. Route extension to Washington County Department of Social Services and Health Department near Exit 10 should be requested no later than the last previous working day. Route Departs Abingdon at approximately 8 AM to pickup scheduled riders at or near their homes. Passengers travel to Abingdon for shopping, appointments and lunch before returning back to their homes in the early afternoon.

College Express-Bristol, VA to Virginia Highlands Community College
Monday-Friday when school is in session. Riders are picked up beginning at 6:30 AM at various locations in the City of Bristol, VA including the State Street Transfer Center, Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority (at Hillbilly Market), Country Boy Mart, and Bristol Virginia High School. Students typically arrive at VHCC no later than 8 AM. A return trip is made to Bristol typically at 2 PM and again at 4 PM from VHCC. Abingdon riders may access this service via transfer from the Silver (West) Loop. All riders are strongly encouraged to schedule trips through the dispatcher no later than the previous working day.

Customers are picked up at or near their homes in the county. The bus then proceeds to a designated commercial center where customers are taken to a destination of their choice. Multiple destinations may be accommodated depending upon the needs of all the passengers within the time allotted. In-town customers are welcome to board any county route while it is in town. Destinations and stops on county routes are determined by the driver for the convenience of the county riders only. TO SCHEDULE A TRIP
Call the reservation line by 4:00 pm on the last business day before the trip. Be ready to provide your name, telephone number, exact address of your pick-up point, and destination. Let us know if assistance is needed beyond standard curb-to-curb service. You will be given a pick-up time with a 30-minute window. Please be ready and waiting. The bus may arrive 15 minutes prior to or after your pick-up time. The bus driver cannot wait longer than five (5) minutes.
