Need a ride for a non-emergency medical service?

Mountain Lynx Transit provides rides for non-emergency medical services. This service is designed to give you access to doctors' offices, hospitals, dentists, and other medical facilities at times or locations not served by existing public transit routes. We can pick you up at your home and take you directly to your scheduled appointments. Trips are provided in air conditioned, heated, and safe vehicles driven by trained, professional, and courteous drivers. Qualifying seniors age 60 and older are eligible to use this service. A Care Manager will assess your needs to see if you meet the eligibility requirements. You will then receive a packet in the mail stating your approval, fee for service and information on how to schedule a trip. The fee for this service is based on income level and currently ranges from free to over $70. Rides must be requested at least 10 business days in advance. Not all requested rides are guaranteed to be approved due to limited ride slots per day and driver availability.
