The complaint should be submitted within 180 calendar days of the alleged occurrence to the Title VI Manager at District Three Governmental Cooperative at 4453 Lee Highway, Marion, VA 24354, 276-783-8157, TTY\/TDD(for the deaf or hard-of-hearing)1-800-828-1120 or 711.<\/p>\n<p>Once the complaint is received, DTGC will contact the complainant within 3 business days to set up an interview. At the conclusion of the investigation and within 60 days of the interview, a report will be prepared and a letter mailed to complainant to notify of the outcome of the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>If the complaint was substantiated, the letter will indicate the course of action that will be followed to correct the situation. If the complaint is determined to be unfounded, the letter will explain the reasoning and refer the complainant to DRPT and FTA in the event the complainant wishes to appeal the determination. Within 15 calendar days of the meeting the Transit Division Director or their designee will respond in writing, and where appropriate, in a format accessible to the complainant, such as large print, Braille or audio tape. The response will explain Mountain Lynx Transit's position and offer options for substantive resolution of the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>If Mountain Lynx Transit's response does not satisfactorily resolve the issue, the complainant and\/or their designee may appeal the decision within 15 calendar days after receipt of the response to the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation. Al t\u00e9rmino de la investigaci\u00f3n y dentro de los 60 d\u00edas siguientes a la entrevista, se elaborar\u00e1 un informe y se enviar\u00e1 una carta por correo al denunciante para notificarle el resultado de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Si la queja fue fundamentada, la carta indicar\u00e1 el curso de acci\u00f3n que se seguir\u00e1 para corregir la situaci\u00f3n. Si se determina que la queja es infundada, la carta explicar\u00e1 el razonamiento y remitir\u00e1 al demandante al DRPT y a la FTA en caso de que el demandante desee apelar la determinaci\u00f3n.
