Nutrition Site Manager position available.  This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the senior congregate nutrition activities.  Starting rate of pay for this position is $10.10 per hour with work week of 22.5 hours.  Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.  Applicant must hold a current driver's license and have "zero points or + points" driving record.  Some experience working with volunteers or the aging population preferred.  Substance abuse testing required.  All resumes/applications shall be submitted to Brittany Story, Personnel Office Manager, no later than 5:00pm on Friday, July 6th, 2018. 

 

Facilities Assistant position available.  This position shall perform routine cleaning tasks including but not limited to : building cleaning, dusting, mopping, waxing, trash removal, stocking of supplies in the bathrooms and other areas.  Starting rate of pay for this position will be $9.10 per hour with a work week up to 28 hours.  All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.  Applicant must be able to lift up to 25lbs.  Substance abuse testing required.  All resumes/applications shall be submitted to Brittany Story, Personnel Office Manager, no later than 5:00pm on Friday, July 6th, 2018. 

 

Home Delivered Meals Program Assistant  position available.  This position will complete Annual Re-Determinations for the Home Delivered Meals clients and provide social contacts and security checks for clients.  The HDM Programs Assistant will assist the HDM Director in keeping up-to-date records on the home-delivered meals program regarding; diets, routes, and delivery schedules.  The HDM Programs Assistant will assist in ordering and maintain an inventory of shelf-stable and frozen meals, and other food items and supplies as well as help complete monthly units of service and other program reports.  The HDM Programs Assistant will serve as a substitute delivery driver as needed.  Starting rate of pay for this position is $10.99 per hour with a work week of up to 28 hours.  Applicants must possess high school diploma or equivalent.  Applicants must hold a current driver's license and have "zero points or + points" driving record and must be able to lift 30 lbs.  Basic computer skills required. Substance abuse testing required.  All resumes/applications shall be submitted to Brittany Story, Personnel Office Manager, no later than 5:00pm on Friday, July 6th, 2018. 

 

Home Delivered Meals Driver position available.  This position will deliver 1/3 RDA meals to homebound clients and keep an accurate record of meals delivered and other services performed.  Starting rate of pay for this position will be $9.10 per hour with a work week of 22.5 hours.  Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.  Applicants also must hold a current driver's license and have "zero points or + points" driving record.  Applicants must have the capacity to complete required reporting forms and must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.  Substance abuse testing required.  All resumes/applications shall be submitted to Brittany Story, Personnel Office Manager, no later than 5:00pm on Friday, July 6th, 2018. 

 

Guardianship Care Manger-Full Time position available.  Under the immediate supervision of the Disability Services Director, he/she shall provide guardianship case management services to eligible clients.  He/she will also provide education to the public about guardianship services as well as alternatives to guardianship in the community.  The pay rate for this full-time position is $15.39 per hour with an excellent benefits package and a work week of 37.5 hours.  All applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field and have related work experience.  All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. He/she must hold a current driver’s license and have "zero points or + points" driving record. Applicants should have the ability to work with diverse populations and deal with multiple issues simultaneously.
